Sales to Major Customers Sales to Major CustomersThe loss of major customers or a significant reduction in business with a major customer would significantly, and negatively impact our sales and earnings. In the three and six months ended July 4, 2026, the Company had one major customer over 10% of consolidated sales primarily in the Aerospace segment. Sales to The Boeing Company (“Boeing”) accounted for 12.0% and 11.1% of consolidated sales in the three and six months ended July 4, 2026. Accounts receivable from Boeing on July 4, 2026 were approximately $27.1 million. In the three and six months ended June 28, 2025, the Company had no major customers over 10% of consolidated sales.
