Astronics Selected to Provide Exterior Lighting and Cockpit Panels for the Cessna CJ4

Astronics Corporation (NASDAQ: ATRO), a trusted leader in innovative, high performance lighting, electrical generation, control and distribution systems for the global aerospace industry, announced today that they have been selected by Cessna Aircraft Company, a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, to supply exterior lighting and cockpit control panels for the Cessna CJ4. The exterior lighting fixtures will feature Astronics' next generation LED technology which provides a significant increase in performance and reliability.

The CJ4, the most recent platform in Cessna's line of Citation jets, is a seven to eight passenger twin-jet aircraft. Its first flight is scheduled during the first half of 2008, and entry into service is set for the first half of 2010. As of June 2007, Cessna had taken 120 orders for the new jet.
